Mark is a seafood professional with more than 15 years’ experience as a chef. For the past 3 years, he has been managing Noosa Junction Seafood Market. Mark takes pride in showcasing local Australian produce and is always happy to help. He doubles down on quality customer service, by offering invaluable advice on preparing and cooking seafood.

Astren / Store Manager

Astren is an adventurous individual that enjoys free diving and spearfishing the wild oceans. Brought up on a small island, he is well aware of all the incredible species the waters have to offer. His background working as a chef in London, Melbourne and Greece has equipped him with vast cooking knowledge. Always smiling and always more than happy to help. Give this fella a tap on the shoulder if you need guidance or advice when in our store!

Paul – Chef / Supervisor

Paul is from the UK, where he was a professional chef, specialising in signature seafood dishes. When it comes to seafood preparation, he has done it all. Before joining us, Paul also took on head chef duties in boutique hotels across Australia. Now, after more than 26 years in the kitchens as a professional chef, he’s thriving in his role at Noosa Junction Seafood Market. Paul continues to showcase his culinary skills and he gets a big kick hearing how well his tips and advice work out in his customers’ kitchens.
