Mark – Operations Manager

Mark is a seafood professional with more than 15 years’ experience as a chef. For the past 3 years, he has been managing Noosa Junction Seafood Market. Mark takes pride in showcasing local Australian produce and is always happy to help. He doubles down on quality customer service, by offering invaluable advice on preparing and cooking seafood.

Jayden – Store Manager

Jayden has been with Noosa Junction Seafood Market for more than 8 years. She has fantastic rapport with our customers and prides herself on the shop’s presentation. No one can question Jayden’s passion for quality seafood and sustainability. Her daily in-store displays of our seafood are first-rate and always generate compliments from our customers.

Brittney – Assistant Manager

For the last 4 years Brittney has been collaborating with the team to present a unique shopping experience for travellers and Noosa locals. Her creative and innovative side has helped produce some of the store’s more engaging displays. The combination of Chef Luca Ciano’s home made marinara sauce, local spanner crab and pasta is one of Brittney’s favourites along with many of the customers.

Peter – Chef / Supervisor

When it comes to seafood preparation, he has done it all. Before joining us, Peter is thriving in his role at Noosa Junction Seafood Market. Peter continues to showcase his culinary skills and he gets a big kick hearing how well his tips and advice work out in his customers’ kitchens.


Yazmin – Sales Assistant/Customer Service

It’s no wonder her favourite seafood is nice fresh oysters. Yazmin grew up with a keen appreciation of oysters thanks to her Uncle who owns an oyster farm in her hometown of Dorset, England. She has recently returned to the Noosa team and approaches each day with an abundance of passion and enthusiasm for all things seafood. 

Ash– Sales Assistant/Customer Service

This Noosa local has a passion for fast Japanese cars and flare for fresh seafood. Ash’s favourite day of the week is ‘Flathead Taco Tuesdays’. Since Ash joined the Noosa Junction Seafood Market he has honed his skills and local seafood knowledge to become a valued source of information with visiting and local customers.


Kerrie – Sales Assistant/Customer Service

Kerrie is enjoying a sea change in her new role at Noosa Junction Seafood Market. An avid lover of oysters, prawns and salmon. Kerrie is embracing this new world of seafood preparation and developing new skills and knowledge about thefresh local produce. You will often see her refining her skills filleting fish, cutting salmon and tuna, or making some of the sauces that complement the delicious seafood in the store.
